Lydia & Vaughan’s St Donat’s Castle Nigerian Fusion Wedding

South Wales Wedding Photographer, Cardiff Wedding Photographer

Lydia & Vaughan had their St Donat’s Castle wedding at the end of September, with a ceremony down at St Donat’s Church. They had got in touch with me last year and time has flown by since. We had a lovely engagement shoot at the beach over the summer and their wedding day was an absolute joy to document.

From the movie-themed table plan to each table being equipped with selfie sticks, Lydia & Vaughan put a lot of fun into their wedding day. And did I mention they had scratch cards for wedding favours?!

As Lydia’s family is originally from Nigeria, a Nigerian twist was incorporated into the evening’s reception party. After a quick outfit change following their first dance, they made their entrance in full Nigerian attire along with Nigerian drummers, dancers & acrobats – be sure to check out more of the photos below!

Many thanks to Hannah Miles for second shooting with me!
