Frequently Asked Questions

Do you travel?
Yes, although I’m based in South Wales, I cover weddings throughout the UK and Europe.

Are there additional costs to cover travel expenses?
For destination weddings within Europe, an fee of £975 would be added to your package to cover travel. Travel within the UK is included in all my packages.

Do you work alone?
I usually shoot solo, but a second shooter can be added to your package for £375 should you require extra coverage.

Do you offer videography as well?
I am happy to recommend videographers that I have previously worked with, although I don’t offer the services myself.

When will we receive our wedding photographs?
Within 6 weeks of your wedding day, you will receive a link to your online gallery with your USB on its way to you in the post.

How many photos will we receive?
I don’t limit the amount of photographs I hand over, though I do state a minimum of 500 images for a full day’s coverage. The amount can depend on many factors, eg. time, events, locations.

How does the album design process work?
Once you’ve received your images, you choose which images make it into your album via your online gallery. The album layout will be designed to reflect the story of your day which can be proofed online by you and I can make changes if required – this can take up to 4 weeks.

When will we receive our album?
Once you’re happy with final design of the album, it will be sent off for production and you’ll receive your final album within 6 weeks.

Are you insured?
Yes, I’m fully insured with professional indemnity and public liability cover.

We love your work, how do we book?
First, we can meet up to get to know each other a little better and see if I’d be the right photographer for you. If you decide that you’d like to go ahead with booking, I require a signed contract which is all done online and a deposit of £250 to secure your package price and date.
